About Me

Hi, I'm Itary Miramontes, RN, founder of Sculpt & Drip.

My story begins in Mexicali, Baja California, where I was born and raised before my family moved to Yuma, Arizona when I was in the sixth grade. Like many immigrants, starting over wasn't easy. I entered a completely different school system without knowing the language and often felt like I was years behind everyone else around me. There were many moments when I felt discouraged and wondered if I would ever catch up.

Through it all, my parents never let me give up.

From a young age, they taught me the values that still guide my life today: honesty, hard work, kindness, and the importance of doing everything with love and passion. Most importantly, they taught me to believe in my dreams, even when the path seemed impossible.

Ever since I was a little girl, I knew I wanted to be a nurse. I always felt drawn to helping others, and that dream became my motivation through every challenge I faced. With the support of my family and a determination to succeed, I graduated high school with a 3.7 GPA and earned two college certificates before graduation. One of those certifications allowed me to begin working in healthcare as a Patient Care Assistant (PCA), where I spent four years caring for patients and learning firsthand what it means to serve others during some of their most difficult moments.

I later graduated from Arizona Western College's Nursing Program and officially became a Registered Nurse. Nursing school tested me in ways I never imagined. There were countless obstacles, long nights, moments of self-doubt, and sacrifices along the way. But every challenge taught me perseverance and reminded me why I started in the first place.

That little girl who came from Mexico had one dream: to help people.

Today, I continue to serve my community as a nurse, and while I truly love bedside nursing, I felt called to do more. I wanted to create a way to help people be proactive about their health and wellness, not just care for them when they're sick.

That vision became Sculpt & Drip.

Sculpt & Drip was built on the belief that everyone deserves access to convenient, professional, and compassionate wellness care. My goal is to help clients feel their best through personalized hydration, recovery, and wellness services delivered directly to the comfort of their homes.

For me, this business is more than IV therapy. It's the culmination of a lifelong dream, years of hard work, and a passion for helping others live healthier, happier lives.
